A daily check-in anyone can do
Chinese medicine practitioners read the body every day: the tongue, the pulse, how you slept and how you feel. Qira brings that habit to your phone, with modern camera science and plain language.

Dr. Daniel Flash
Doctor of Natural Medicine, international teacher and founder of Sensory Energetics.
Daniel was born in Misiones, Argentina, and started martial arts at the age of three. He won his first national championship at six, joined the Argentine national team as a teenager and became World Champion in Korea.
At 17 he moved to Taiwan on his own and began a long study of Asian body knowledge, including Kyusho, the art of the body's vital points. That path led to the relationship between the nervous system, breathing, pressure points and the body's ability to rebalance, and later to his doctorate in Natural Medicine from WONM University in Malaysia.
For more than 20 years he has taught martial and healing arts. He founded Sensory Energetics, now taught in 68+ countries, and created Qira so that anyone, not only practitioners, can check in with their body every morning in one minute.

Built for everyday people
Most health apps give you numbers. Chinese medicine gives you a story: why you feel heavy after lunch, why you wake at 3 a.m., why a warm breakfast helps on cold days. Qira gives you both, in a minute, with one practical thing to do.
- Simple: one minute, no gadgets
- Honest: wellness and self-reflection, never a diagnosis
- Private: your heart scan video never leaves your phone
- Friendly: Pip, your health buddy, keeps it light
